Families - 14/11/2017 « Extremely, but not Completely Satisfied » Although not everything worked like clock work, our stay was one of the very best we've had in any hotel. I made the reservation for my wife and I and the families of our three sister in laws. Everyone was ecstatic about the stay. However, we and most other guests we interacted with had lot's of trouble getting the security measures in starting the elevators working. Also, most of us paid in cash, but were told we would get a receipt in our e-mail and then later it was clarified to be 48 hours after we checked out. I find this to be abusive for guests that had a credit card guaranteed reservation and on check in paid the two night in advance. This doesn't reflect at all on you wonderful reception staff. It is bad orientation given to your employees. This includes the fact the none of your employees instructed us about the proper use of our room card in getting the elevator to work. The rest was great and we will return as we spend a good part of the year on the North Coast of Alagoas. Thanks for allowing me to comment frankly. AccorHotels certified review Garner Couples - 25/10/2017 Great location. Room very small with dirty window. When we left there was no bell boy to help us with the suitcases because if was his day off. How about having someone to cover for him? AccorHotels certified review Karla Couples - 17/10/2017 « Very Good » I liked everything: food, room, bed, pillow. The room and bathroom were clean, but I think some of the front desk's staff could be more friendly and quick during the check-in and check-out. AccorHotels certified review Alexandre Couples - 04/09/2017 « Outstanding Mercure! » I used to stay at Mercure in several states of Brazil. I would say this one in Maceio is one of the best. The nice room, cleanness, fast check-in, friendly staff and the amazing breakfast made my stay very pleasant. AccorHotels certified review Anonymous Couples - 31/01/2017 Well locatedGood staffGood accomodationsNice people Good breakfast AccorHotels certified review Anonymous Couples - 23/01/2017 I always stay at Mercure hotels, as well as other Accor hotels. All are excellent and this one from Maceio is no different. I just did not like the quality of the breakfast. AccorHotels certified review Anonymous Solo - 23/01/2017 It was my second time at the hotel but my suggestions remain from the first time: receptionists could be more sympathy as it seems they are always in a hurry to do something else. They also did not show any interest to tell about the city and its attractions. Is it so expensive to provide a small city map including the most famous beaches? Also, I advice if you could put protections under the furniture. As you cannot change people's education, at night people use to move all furniture available in the room, which means: a chair. So, please, put protection on its feet. At last, please, change the milk in the breakfast, it has not a good taste. Parking is very good, room cleaning is very good, location is very good, servers at restaurant are good. AccorHotels certified review Anonymous Business - 07/01/2017 First time, enjoyable and relaxing. Clean room and the food was satisfying. AccorHotels certified review Anonymous Families - 26/12/2016 I liked a lot to stay at the hotel. It was a pleasure the days I spent with my parents and my wife. I recomend for other people. The only problem that I can tell is about the noise because I can hear any kind of movement in other room AccorHotels certified review Anonymous Business - 08/12/2016 Overall good. Small things: curtain in room was loose at the corner, need to be fixed. There was no shower cap available.Hotel has no ramp so the person needs to carry luggage up the stairs at the entrance, which can be difficult.Breakfast was very good, fresh food, and also good was the attentiveness of the waiters in the catering. AccorHotels certified review Anonymous Business - 17/11/2016 Good service but not excellent; TripAdvisor review Couples - 05/11/2016 « Evaluation » It's not a 5 stars hotel, but it's very comfortable with a very good service (room service, restaurant and reception). As ever the minibar products are very expensive.I like very much the pool area - there is a beautiful view - and the attendance there was excellent.
