Little pool to cool down on hot days was nice but bit cold still in October.
Reception was friendly.
Plenty of restaurants and breackfast rooms around so did not use the hotel restaurant.
Laundry machines very practical on top floor.

I found the breakfast surcharge was not very clear depicted but , nevertheless a pleasant meal.
The room is tiny and the sofa bed not so comfortable, specially for tall persons and the AC unit works for only the master bedroom, which has the main comfortable bed.
It was a good overall experience but it my not work well during hot summers for tall persons with lots of bags.

Families - 01/08/2017 « How to handle noises? » Hello, I chose the Adagio Itaim to spend a weekend with the family in São Paulo.
All went fine, I booked two apartments at the same floor to accommodate my brother-in-law and his family as well as my own.
At the first night, I got a call from the reception stating that someone was complaining about the noise we were doing at the corridor.
I acknowledged that this must have been due to the arrival excitement, spoke with all the kids and then we went all to sleep.
On the second day, the kids were extremely tired of all the activities and everybody arrive to the shower and bed.
When I left the room for a trip to the pharmacy everybody were asleep.
Surprisingly enough, my wife got woken up with another call from the reception stating that we were making noises at the corridor! We were really disappointed to be fingerpointed like this all the time, despite following all the available rules, and, surprisingly enough, we were around 9:30 pm still.
What I do not understand is that the whole hotel was completely packed with families with kids, so why everybody were so sure we were the noisy fellows? What I do believe is that I'll look elsewhere when I need to return to SP.

We had rooms 1101 and 1103.
For some crazy reason the hotel that had agreeable rooms when it was under the Mercure brand changed the rooms to an absurd layout.
the two rooms are small and the door between the sitting room and the bedroom requires some juggling around.
I never saw such an incompetent reform before.
To our displeasure the rooms were dirty on our arrival and were not cleaned during our stay.
The towels in room 1103 were dirty when we entered.
I am a good client from Accord and was very disappointed with this hotel.

The room is comfortable and offers a lot of space.
Kitchen has basic furniture and equipment, but it is enough for basic cooking.
The trash should have a plastic bag, once the room has a kitchen, guests probably will generate organic trash.
Breakfast is not spectacular, but it is good.
Laundry should have 1 additional washing machine, just 1 washing machine for aprox.
60 rooms is not enough.

We did not like the bedroom door - who designed a door that smashes the guest.
and breakfast extremely expensive, we ended up eating on a nearby bakery.
It would be nice to have a coffee maker in the room and some bread/jelly or pastry in the reception, even at a cost.

The decor is good.
However, there is a planning problem: the door between living room and bedroom is located so that it is not possible to enter the bedroom when the bathroom door is closed.
Also, the bathroom wall was rotten and rusty.
The TV has a very loud under-noise.
At breakfast the bread was usually dry and very small.
The water in the main rooftop pool does not seem to be circulated and filtered.
Thus it seems unclean.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
