Business - 24/01/2018 « Nice hotel but very poor service » I stayed for about one week, the WiFi work d very sporadically and the last three nights my air conditioning did not work.
No one came to fix it and when I left they did not offer any kind of compensation for the inconvenience.
It’s a nice hotel and pretty convenient but the costumer service is pretty bad.

 » We had sime issues inside the apartment, which makes me think maintenance is poor.
one draw at the bathroom couldnt get closed.
The microwave worked sometimes and sometimes not.
Dont ask me why.

Families - 02/01/2018 « too many lights on livingroom » I had to sleep on the couch with my son and there were too many lights coming into the room.
It came com the microwave and also (mainly from) the hall through the door.
A rubber placed on the door edges would solve the problem.
I asked for an urgent cleaner to clean a mess on the floor and it took too long, I had to go to the front desk to check the status of the request.
The rest of the stay was very good.

Families - 22/11/2017 « Friendly and helpful staff.
 » I had a problem on our first day.
When we got back to the hotel, our room was open and no cleaning had taken place.
We took the matter to the people in the front desk.
They were very sympathetic and promised to have a reply to us about the issue.
The only problem was that it took them 3 days to get back to us about what might have happened.
There was nothing missing in the apartment, but it was still more than just a nuisance.
The person in charge was kind enough to leave us a message explaining what had happened in a very professional manner.
The valet parking drivers were the only people who were not kind and willing to help.
We asked to get our stroller and were shocked to see how rude their reply was, simply telling us to go to the parking lot and waiting there for someone to arrive to give us the key.
This happened more than once.
Apparently, they were more interested in checking their phones than in talking to their customers in a polite and respectful manner.
We came to a point in which it was easier to go through the trouble of carrying the stroller to the apartment instead of leaving it in the car because we couldn't take any more the looks we were given when we had to talk to them.
The food in the restaurant is delicious and the staff is very friendly.

Cleanliness of room is good, bathroom cleanliness is ok.
Very close to everything you could want in the Moema area.
They did not have a coffee maker in my room "but I could come down and get a coffee pod for BR$3".
I was supposed to have a coffee machine in my room, but none were available.
I think the body soap in Room 207 was also the shampoo/conditioner.
Breakfast buffet was excellent.
Bed was very comfortable.
