However, for some reason the dishes wasn't washed and sometimes the bed wasn't made.

Business - 26/11/2017 « Great place for an extended stay » I stayed here for almost 3 weeks.
The room was comfortable, and the staff were very helpful.
The front desk person helped me arrange for meals on a few occasions (I don't speak Portuguese).
The location is great, next door to a grocery store, a shopping mall, and a number of restaurants.
I will definitely stay here again if I return to Jundiai.

 » I had an issue with the Room door, but this was resolved quickly, we struggled a little with Communication but managed.
For me might have been better if there was an evening dinning and/or a Bar area.
Apart from that the room was clean, bed comfortable and I suppose for Long stay guests the Kitchen area would be useful, but I didn't need it.
I would have liked to have had an Iron and Ironing Board available in the Room, and the Quality of the TV picture was not very good, but watchable.

 » Hotel is American standard and that is okay.
Small problems:There is no shower cap and the reception seems to ignore that it is a normal hotel's stuff all over the world and this sounds ridiculous.
They improvised me by offering me another kind of cap which was reasonable but not effective.
Breakfast - the butter's quality is bad (usually there are small ones in normal hotels).
Room - the guest is supposed to wash the dishes.
Check in time was very slow.
Receptionist asked if my cooworker and me should be alocated in the same room, on spite we had booked separately.
There was an event on the reception and the process was very very strange.
We had to wait to much for nothing.
