The air conditioner was really working good in a silent way and the balconist was very attentious and the marvelous : the hotel already serves lactose free - milk!!!! I have to register myself again after I have been there already 5 times.
The lady from the restaurant was not nice.
When I asked for the menu, she just told me that there was not food and that the kitchen was closed, but in reality it was not closing time yet.

Business - 23/05/2017 « Regular » The hotel is well located and have the minimun infra structure to the guests which is really amazing! Except for the air conditioner.
was really broken, out of service and after several tries of complaint about to your staff, they have not been enough efficient to assure the equipment condition.
they should be tested it and verified its condition after 01 hour working testing.
I have problems with the warm nights that I couldn't enjoy at this hotel.
