AccorHotels certified review Anonymous Business - 21/02/2016 Honestly, I had been to Ibis in London and Edinburgh in 2014, and it was amazing experiences.
Unfortunately this time, in Colatina I felt very disappointed.
Briefly speaking, there were some reasons for that, and here they are:- I had paid online in advance for my stay and the breakfasts (mine and my wife's), but when we arrived we were recharged because the receptionist said that breakfast price had risen! It wasn't a big amount, but I didn't see any term saying about this possibility.
- The bathroom wasn't with a good cleaning aspect.
- Compared to the breakfast experience that we had in Europe, I once again got disappointed in Colatina, since for the price paid it should have much more options of food.
Of course I intend to keep staying into others Ibis hotels from Brazil and around the world, since I'm a huge fan of your services, however in Colatina I'm afraid it won't be possible! The acces was good, by the front door and the parking door.
Nice food's service.
The only aspect that I didnt like was a bad smell coming from the bathroom and the shower's place doesn't have a good door openning system.
In fact, a good place to go at businness.

But I was very disaponited with the parking lot menegment.
I went out for dinner and pick up my car.
When I just return to the hotel there was no place for me to park my car (what is not a bug deal), but there was so many car parked and bloking the way (at least 20 cars).
So I went to the front desk and told them that the cars was blocking the way and they should do something about it.
I took my car and parked somewere far from the hotel and took a taxicab back.
At 6:50 AM I´ve got a phone call from the front desk to ask if my car was blocking the way.
I had such a terrible night b/c ther was a show in front of the hotel that I couldn´t sleep, and then when the party went out, i was wake up by the front desk? They should have a control of the cars in the parking lot and call only the cars owner, and not wake everybody up for someons fault.
The worst thing is that I tould them at the front desk that they should control this.
Next time they should town the car, or something.

Good to stay during business trip including the surrounding of Colatina .
No Restaurants near to the hotel, you have to use the Ibis facilities and have something to eat at the Hotel.
