I was charged at check in as usual. I dind´t receive the invoice at check out because the receptionist said it would be sent by email. I didn´t get the receipt/invoice on my email. So I went back and asked the receptionist again and again for my invoice. I was told they would be looking into it. I need the invoivce/receipt to add to my travel managemnt report. Also the hotel has very clean spaces.I don't like the garage system access, the home key because it's necessary constant update and the quantity of towel because had just 1 towel. No limes for drinks, after offering about 5 other fruit juices, at the rate of a different one every 5 minutes, they finally found a Manga juice. Escondidin ho lived up to its name. 3 tiny flakes of meat under about a cup of melted cheese, and not even a slice of bread to be had. So, resturant, -10. Then, disenhearted. I asked the desk for an additional pillow. After 10 minutes of looking they told me they didn't have pillows???? I was finally feed up and left but alas they brought another pillow to my roomThe good note was the breakfast. And day manager. Both good but have to score a 5 because of the lack of service quality by the night staff. Hope to return and find better service.
