The location of the hotel is close to a mall, which was very handy.
The family discount (50% of the rate for the second room) should be more advertised (I just found out about it when I arrived at the hotel), it makes a big difference when you are booking a hotel for a family.
The bidet shower needs maintenance.

The check in process was so slow, they can't find the reservation voucher (and we have it).
They didn't come up with the solution.
I paid first just to sleep.
The hotel toilet was dirty.
The next day we use 1 hour to explain the whole process again.
And we ask them to call Ibis foz iguacu (we just came back from there) and Ibis Sao Paulo (we going there) and all of them manage to find our reservation.
At last they waive the payment and will settle themselves.
