Problem, in my opinion, some employees at the check in / out are not preparing to work in Ibis.

Business - 17/11/2017 « Terrible » We had to pay for everything in advance which is kind of strange, looks like they were doubting we had any money!! The credit card was not enough, really, show me the money, it was this way!!The food was really bad (frozen, however nobody warned us before ordering and it was not written on the menu)!!!The menu also had almost no options!!! It had like 6 options of food!!The room is too simple for the price and badly cleaned!!!The shower didn't heat, not even a little! The server from the frontdesk said this was due to the possibility of all guests be taking a shower at the same time!! Ps: this happened at 1 o'clock in the morning!! I doubt everybody would be taking a shower so late, but anyway it's not an acceptable answer!! The pilows were too hard!The fridge was old, totaly empty and noisy!There was no room service at all (had to go down and carry my own tray on the elevator which was fool of people, embarrassing to say the least)!The people on the frontdesk didn't treat us well and had excuses for everything, but they were non sense excuses!! The carpet on the 2nd floor was totaly soaked (no sign of wet floor on it), we almost fell twice!!There was no face towel available!!We had to carry all of our luggage twice (first on the checkin and latter on when they moved us to another room at 5am) and they even asked me to take the key, of the first room, down to the frontdesk, AT 5AM!! Two guys were out there doing nothing, just talking to each other and they didn't care if we were ok on the new room, didn't bother to help us with the luggage or to go up to take the older key!! Actually they cared about nothing at all!!!The empoyees didn't apologize for all the issues we had!!The whole experience was a big desappointment!! I had posted a real bad evaluation on their facebook page but it was ignored so far!!I know Ibis hotels from other towns and have stayed on it in many different occasions and thought it must have some minimum quality standards, but got to know, in the worst way that's not true!! Also the street and the beautiful park near by worth it.

The service was not very good, but it was not bad at all.
The room had old stuff (exactly like my last stay there, almost 5 years ago).
The room service was very good, but it was weird that we had an empty frigobar (not even a water, we could buy without going to the first floor), what was not previously informed for us.
