Couples - 05/09/2017 « prejudiced » I wrote a report to the hotel in 28 august telling the history what happened in my stay as you guys check bellow:My name is Raul, I stayed in room 668, Ibis Sao Jose Florianopolis and would like to stay and would like to express / disagree with the way I was received during the check in process at the ibis hotel on 26/08 (Saturday) for around 5:00 p.m., I can not remember the name of the clerk who answered me but he made an extremely bad joke using the name of the person I registered as "guest / guest" my girlfriend in the case "andressa" as if it were my name a joke with homosexual content and again unnecessary. I was in front of other people (in the line) during check in he said he was not locating my reservation with the following comment: "Ah, I was not locating your reservation because you are registered with a "war/homossexual" name (Andressa) that's how you present yourself at the weekends?"I did not want to respond at the time because I was embarrassed but I preferred to take the "sportive", at the moment I even joked because I do not want to cause confusion but I could not stop recording the way I was received at the hotel with a totally unnecessary / unfortunate and in a way even prejudiced.
