 » It's unbelievable that Ibis Taubaté does not provide bed sheets to save some bucks.
That's disgusting.
Besides, I dislike the police of Le Club to downgrade its costumers every end of the year.
I felt not important to Ibis when I learnt that I wouldn't get a welcome voucher as I used to.
Not staying in Ibis Taubaté anymore.
Very disappointed.

The only problem I saw was that the door of the box in the bathroom was not working properly.
The bathroom floor ended up being all wet after our shower.

I thought that I did receive all of them, but 4 receipts were missing.
I did call the hotel yesterday and talked to a lady named Gisele requesting my receipts.
Mr Ismael did send me only 2 of them yet.
This is unacceptable.
The hotel must give me all of them on my check out.
I need them now and I´m having trouble in receiving them.

Solo - 02/10/2017 « Great and confortable » Quick check in and check out, clean, silent room, great staff, delicious breakfast.
I recommend to everyone.
I had the opportunity to stay in many Ibis brand hotel and I can tell you that this Ibis Taubate is the best I stayed due to all reasons I described and also because I am the kind of person that likes fresh air.
I liked the window of my room that it was possible to open and get some fresh air whereas Ibis in other cities I stayed had windows that could not be opened.

Business - 21/07/2017 « Not IBIS Standard » Bathroom shower was spotless clean.
Glass had soap residue.
The cheap ceiling lining had rust on it.
Breakfast did not have hot dishes at all (eggs, sausage).

AccorHotels certified review Philip Business - 03/07/2017 « Fix the wifi please » The hotel and staff are fine the evening menu might be a bit more varied but breakfast is fine but the internet failed almost every 30 min and was down most of the 2 weeks This is Not acceptable when away working a poor internet will stop me returning to a hotel if I need to work when there.
It was also noisy I know you can't help the snoring freight train in the next room or the cackling witches in the room in the other side but the walls are paper thin or they were just at full volume all the time.
