The other room it was as if no fresh air goes into it.
Like mold.
For us that are allergic it was hard.
Couple months ago we stayed there and there was visible sines of infiltration on the ceiling.

Business - 17/11/2017 « Poor excuse for a mattress and noisy a/c » The new "standard" mattress is no more than a slightly thicker duvet, thin and soft.
Pillows are also too thin and soft.
Not comfortable at all.
The A/C of the room I was in was so noisy I had nightmares that people were breaking in and woke up all night, till I decided to be sleep without it, even if that meant waking up in sweat.

 » I had to be moved of my first bedroom because there was no light on the room, so they removed me to another bedroom which was ok.
I think the commodities are overpriced, I paid on a water bottle R$5,00.
And they didnt give a special treatment like a guest deserve.

 » My only complain about Ibis is the poor quality (resolution) and portfolio of cable TV channels.
The options are borderline basic, I think the portfolio could be improved with little or no cost.
The idea of broadcasting channels internaly is also horrible, specially for foreign guest who can´t switch the language of most of the channels.

Its location is pretty good because you are beside the mall and near the city center.

What really worried me is that my sister gave the credit card number to guarantee the reservation and nobody found it.

The receptionist always do a mess during the payment.
Sometimes the breakfast don't appear in the invoice, sometimes if you are gonna pay more than one room/stay at the same time they got a confusion by putting the breakfast from different rooms together in the same invoice.
Also, if you order a simply bottle of water you have to pay separated to the main invoicing.

The location of the Hotel, the room, the bathroom where just as expected.
What really surprised me was the excellent breakfast, and the service (people).
