The rooms are cozy and clean, the shower works wonderfully (this is one the biggest problems in the ibis brand generally), the breakfast is complete.
The front desk is also very receptive.

Business - 14/11/2017 « Worse than standard Ibis hotels » The experience at the front desk was not that good - the receptionist was not polite and she argued with me about my Accor Reward status.
Arriving at the room, I opened the curtains as there were dozens of little mosquitos that seemed that the room was not appropriately cleaned.
Compared with my other experiences at Ibis, I could say that this was on of the worst I had so far.

It wasn't very clean and there was some hair on the walls nextvtonthe sink.

Just the reception had a challenge (solve the Hanoy tower problem in two minutes to win 50% discount on breakfast) which I did, but the receptionist doubted, even saying that she would get my discount, at the final billing it wasn't there the 50% on my breakfast.

They gave me thé keys 12:30 am.
I was tired due to the flight and the time we got there.
Please, make this check in faster.
It was not pleasant at all to let us waiting for so long.

Hotel agent did not met the room promised upon reservation and gave me a room for disable people.
The room was not completely clean to say the least.
Air conditioning had the outlet vibrating against the wall and had a terrible smell.
Room Internet access did not work at all.
Will certainly avoid this hotel next time I visit Criciúma.
