Due to it´s location the hotel is probabely more for business travel than for tourism.

Business - 31/07/2017 « Satistory » The hotel is very welcoming and friendly, however I felt it was quite disorganised, we travelled for work and our stay and meals had all been paid by the company we worked for, the company had already send an email to the hotel to cover these cost of our stay and meals ( except alcoholic drinks) , we had a flight got to catch at 7:25 and I had called reception to pre prepar our check out however we where surprised to be given the bill for all the meals, and told we would need an email by the company to liberate us from paying.
After allot of very frantic calls before 7am we discovered that the hotel had received the emails relieving us from paying the cost of the meals three days previously but no one acted on it, making us extremely late for our check in at the airport.
Staff at the restaurant where very friendly and helped as much as they could, however every day there were several items missing from the evening menu, the menu which is very limited became even more limited with out any vegetarian options, the food would also be served cold and we would have to ask to heat up the food.
I needed to iron some clothes and was told that the iron was on the 10th flor, I stayed on the 7th floor, when he wanted to use the lift to go up I was not able to do so, and had to take the stairs every time I needed to use the iron, on my last day I was told by the clue among staff that I could use the guest lift to go up to the 10th floor, I think this is information which should be given at your article to the hotel.
Over all I was happy with my stay and would return as a know all insidents pointed out can be solved by management.

Business - 29/06/2017 Good location, and nice environment TripAdvisor review Marcelo C Business - 26/06/2017 « Business in Fortaleza » When I arrived at the hotel, although I had paid in advance my reservation had been canceled, after 6 hours of flight, I had to wait for the solution, arriving in the room the bathroom was dirty, and to compliment the request to be woken at 8:30 in the morning was forgotten by the helpdesk.
The great result is that I slept awful and was still late for a meeting with a state authority.

Very good! Everything new and we liked the design of the building, lobby, restaurant and room.
It could have a better mattress, maybe a spring one.
The shower is very good, in a right sized bathroom.

However, the hotel is placed in a point that is very close the the main Fortaleza Shopping Center and relatively close to good restaurants and the beaches of Iracema and Futuro.

There´s no fitness center or pool in the hotel, wich i think could be a good idea, because its a long way to the shore.
We had some problems with the late checkout, i believe the system has wrongly invalidated our keys at noon, once we would stay until 2PM, and the staff couldnt deal with it.
