Business - 15/05/2017 « Good value for money » It was the second time I come to Ibis Style Joinville.
Nice hotel, with large, modern and comfortable room.
Service was very good.
Only issues were the pillows, which weren't soft and one of the lights which was not working.

We booked two rooms, 601 and 602m, my wife and I stayed at room number 602 and my daughter and son in the other one.
The room number 602 is possible to see a lot of infiltration marks in the wall ( Head of bed), the cables and wires exposed behind TV and three bad bulbs! The similar issues it were found in the other room number 601, in addition to hygienic shower bracket was broken.
It's clear for me the maintenance plan doesn't work well and worst, nobody from management team check the rooms after claims.
