No cutlery or serviettes with room service.
Air conditioner did not work, Coffee machine did not work, coffee not repleminished.
No face cloth, no garbage can, no iron, no plug for the sink, no chair to sit on to eat, not enough hangers, NOISY.
Had to pay for ice.
Honestly, your website and the room selected did not reflect the reality of the experience.

Our room on the upper floor was in a resonable condition, clean but in need of some repairs and somewhat smelly in the "kittchen".
The staff were really good, nice and friendly people.

It had small kitchen that was super useful.
Hotel is near the mall, a couple of pubs, restaurants and galleries but is far from downtown Belo Horizonte.
There is a great pizza restaurant just next door.
Breakfast and WIFI were great.

 » THE HOTEL IS TIRED LOOKING WITH WINDOWS THAT DO NOT FIT PROPERLY AND ARE NOT DOUBLE GAZZED ALLOWING MORE NOISE IN AND INSECTS.
I HAVE STAYED IN THE HOTEL OVER MANY YEARS AND THE SHOWERS AND BATHROOMS REQUIRE UPGRADING AGAIN TIRED AND WORN LOOKING.

The guy from the front desk was sleeping and received us really mad.
At 10:00 a guy opened my door and found me and my wife naked, he apologized but it was really embarrassed.
