Business - 25/11/2017 I like Accor hotels, but this time my room was in front of the elevator (room 612) and there was noise.
Next time I'll not stay in a room in front of the elevator and in case this is not possible I'll move to another hotel.

Business - 14/11/2017 « Last Time I stay in this hotel » i usually stay at the mercure lider, but this time i had a few problems, my room stayed uncleaned for 3 days, there was a huge line for breakfast (i had breakfast at the macdonalds instead) and the lifts just dont work (i think i had to wait for 10 minutes for one).
Not even close to what i experienced on my last stay.

Business - 07/10/2017 « Lack of planning » As usual in Lider Brasilia the staff is friendly and solves issues shortly.
I had requested a room with microwave since I was with a baby and they also had painting activities in on floor.
Therefore the staff could sntecipate issue instead of solving them after check in.

In my case causes cought and impossible to sleep because was too hot and is impossible receive cold air from air conditioning machine.

The room is large and clean with a beautiful view of "esplanada dos ministérios" and Catedral.

I think Accor has the obligation to inform if the pool is closed / and the reception is under construction.
The solution to offer the pool of another hotel is not satisfactory, as there is no Wifi, no open account and it was crowded.
It is so easy to inform before, so the customer can decide on what to to.
I think that is dishonest behaviour, and had it already in Accor Hotel before.

 » The rooms I stayed in were comfortable and the reception team was very friendly and kind and always offered help especially edwardo, andre, karini and few others that I do not recall their names.
