The receipt that should be sent to my email has not been sent so far.
It always happens when I stay in Mercure hotel and it’s very boring and disappointing.
I needed to go to ironing facility to get my clothes ready.
An iron in the room would be more comfortable.
I usually stay in several Mercure hotels in several cities in Brazil, and the system (register during check in) is not unified/linked.
I always need to give the same information.
This should be easier for you guys and for the guests.

I always hated that unused area.
That was excellent and Rodrigo is great.

One worn threadbare bath towel is disappointing.
