Couples - 25/10/2017 « I kind of regret » I was not sure to stay in this hotel (close to the bus station) or another Mercury with pool.
The thing is the place it`s old and dark.
I didn`t like it.

Families - 10/10/2017 « Precarious facilities » Dear people,Staff were very nice and professional at all levels: reception, breakfast room and garage.
Breakfast was very good.
Facilities, however, were not as good.
As soon as we stepped in our floor hall we felt the smell of mould.
The same smell awaited us inside our room; we sincerely hope people with allergies are spared of that experience.
Our shower had no curtain, which provoked a small flood everytime we took a bath.
It seems to us the building served another purpose before being turned into a hotel; the adaptation, however, was not successful.
One example was the height of the sink mirror: it was so low we had to bend in order to shave.
Beds were incredibly narrow for a Mercure — we have been in much nicer Ibis facilities.
Our room door was broken, which forced us to slam it, otherwise it wouldn't lock (we hope we didn't bother our neighbours with that bumpy noise).
In other words: that was a rather disappointing stay, for we have had far better Mercure experiences before.
This was definitely not worth the money we paid.

The room was very dirty and stuttered.

Families - 15/05/2017 « Very comfortable room with some things that need to be renovated » My overall experience with the hotel was very positive.
I believe somethings in the room I stayed need to be renovated: The electric cook-top doesn't always work; The door to the balcony was a bit loose and even when closed the wind sometimes made the door do some annoying noises; One of the frames on the shower box door kept falling.
Last but not least, I think the breakfast is a bit overpriced for what it offers.

Inside the room: no hand-towell.
TV at bed-room did not work.
They wanted to bring a new one.
I didn't, it was almost time to sleep.
The room smelled like mould.
So did the kitchen closets.
The soap and amenities inside the shower had been ripped off.
Also the paper roll support.
The extension said to be used for any problem did not answer at reception for two times in a row.
At third attempt, they said it didn't ring!!What a deception after being a satisfied guest at different Accord properties!By the way, all attendants were very polite, although did not solve the problems.

This is quite important to me since I always stay there with my six-year-old son and the hotel personnel has always treated us tenderly.
The hotel is in a calm streeet near downtown and it is quite easy to go from there to any place in the city.
