It was very large and quite nice.
The location is very convenient, though I wish I'd known about the shuttle from the airport.
I booked through another service and didn't see that it was available until it was too late.
If I fly through GRU again, I'd definitely use it.

The company guarantees for my payment.
In spite of that I am asked for advamce payments.
Also I have reached the LeClub Gold status.
No, not only asked, I am locked out of my room and have to return to the reception from the 14th floor!Furthermore the technical service shuld be improved.
The light in my sleeping room could only be repaired after the 4th reminder.
When I left the hotel, it did not work again.

The only reason I don't give a 10 mark is that the gentleman on the airport approaching people told me the transfer service included happens the whole night, which I discovered later, already in the hotel, that it was not true, it starts at 4:25am and I needed for 4am, so I have to pay R$60 for a taxi to take me to the airport.
Also, the gentleman at the airport said the hotel was very close to the airport, which is not true as well.

) had been managed by staffs.

Business - 23/10/2017 « Not the best choice for the money » People are very nice and the breakfast is good.
The bed was confortable, but:- the maid service is really bad (the only replaced soap and shampoo once in the entire week - I had to get that from the front desk, .
The quality of these is really bad.
"conditioning shampoo" is horrible.
- One hand towel + one bath towel.
That was it.
- There was only 1 chair for the additional table.
I would expect more from a 4 star Brazilian hotel at the rate paid.
