Half of the gym is broken.

Business - 15/07/2017 « Very good » I slept well and the shower was very good.
I had a problem with the shower in the first night, but promptly they changed my room and everything was fine.
Staff very friendly and prestative.

The breakfast presented a limited choice and the quality was "industrial".

- there a big confusion with the 220V to 110v adaptor.
Some front desk told that was in use, next day other person told us that burned out and the third one, told us they don't have it.
- the breakfast was little odd.
Few clients and the person asked the room number to every single client, which is fine.
Twice she asked in loud voice who is missing to inform the room number.
Some Portuguese clients where very angry.
It was a completely no sense from the employee.

First, the hotel clerk would not credit my points since the reservation "was done through a tourist operator not eligible".
That operator was the same that did reservation in Ibis Sao Luis and Ibis Imperatriz the following days, both crediting my points.
Second, he said that given the fact described above, I would not have my Platinum benefits, that is no welcome drink and no late check out.

you should check on that since that hotel is damaging your imag.
