I always have a pleasant stay at the hotel, AccorHotels certified review Jonas Families - 16/11/2017 « nome Mercure Forter, preço ALTO, quarto oferecido muito FRACO » i really didnt like, cause the room was dirty, it´s an old room, there were ccucaracha in the bathroom, it was about a 100 reais above another hotel, we choose that cause of the NAME MERCURE, well I live in Balneario Camboriu, MERCURE is simplesly amazing.
and besides this details, we have to 35 reais plus cause the reservation had a mistake.
what i like was the pool, but was dirty too, i liked the sauna, and gym space.
coffee simple.
please, just need to be acurate the offering services, to the prices and the REAL THING.

Could not fault the breakfast excellent scrambled eggs.
Bar and reception very friendly and helpful.
Room could be improved if creamers were provided for the coffee.

Business - 23/07/2017 « Ok » Checking frigo information during check out is not a signal of trust in a frequent AClub customerPrinting too much useless paper during check out and asking client to sign it it is not a usual practice in other Mercures/IbisesBathroom use used soaps available is not best practice in cleaning/housekeeping.
Damaged furniture is hot best maintencance practice.
Higienic shower broken shows lack of maintenance/care.

I caled the front desk as soon as I found out the problem and there was only one pair of extra batteries.
Besides being polite, the person in the front desk could not arrange somenone to bring the additional pair of batteries because there was only this person at that moment in the front desk and it was a busy time (arounfd 8:00 PM).
I had to go down and pick the batteries myself to fix TV and air-conditioning (one at a time becasue of only one extra pair of batteries).
Everything else was satisfying during my stay.

Bathroom was a little weird and needs attention.
Access to the shower was complicated and risky when the jacuzzi was wet, as it was necessary to "jump" in and out, no steps to help.
An elderly person wouldn't be able to safely do it, risking a fall.
Toilet seat was looking broken and stained, needs replacement.
Toilet paper holder was hanging and loose.
Bed and room were nice and tidy.

The only bad experience was at the shower.
There must be soem place to leave the shampoo and soap.
The one there doesnt work properly, my shower stuff stood on the floor.
And,the tv channels werent working properly.

Unfortunatelly the beer offer and quantity was poor, and due to necssity there aren´t enough drink for all.
