Business - 21/02/2018 « Average hotel close to the airport » I was at this hotel before.
Now the rooms are renovated, but inexpensive, the shower drain wasn't leveled, so the water stayed, they used cheap wood to finish the rooms and so on.

Business - 04/02/2018 « Far exceeded mi expectations » As far as airport hotels go, I've grown accustomed to mediocre hotels and stay in them as a last resort.
However, the Pullman at GRU was great.
The level of service was A+, the food at the restaurant was very good, the shuttle to the airport was punctual and the room was very comfortable and quiet.
The water drainage in sink and shower was a little slow, but not a great concern.

She is highly professional, friendly and very helpful.

The free shuttle bus service helped a lot!Negative:1.
Slippers and bathrobes should be available in the room for the Golden Accor Club members2.
The choice of hot dishes at breakfast was great, but those dishes were inedible, because they were non fresh (as if they were preserve in the fridge for several days)3.
The swimming pool area closes at 6pm and all guests chase out strictly.
No chance to simply to rest and have fresh air.
The windows in rooms don't open, so guests are permanently under the air condition.

One of the receptionists is non qualified - Tatyane.
She was unfriendly, asked questions about my private life, although I mentioned my spouse's name on reservation well before in advance.
Finally, she didn't know anything about my privileges as a Golden Accor Club member.
I did ask myself for room upgrade, welcome drinks, which she refused to give until the duty manager appeared.

You didn't get the perception of receiving an upgrade on this last time, but actually you did receive.
You have booked the first category (Classic), and the Welcome Desk team gave you a Executive room, which means four categories upgrade.
But the team usually give you a Premium Executive room.
Maybe that's the point.
Pullman wants you to feel valued, and as you are a Platinum member, if available, the team will always give you a Premium Executive room.
The only reason you didn't get this room category last time was it was not available.

Is very close to Guarulhos airport so it's perfect for one-night stand on connection trip.
Improvements that could make it perfect:- Hotels near airport demands early breakfast.
We get at 6am at the restaurant, but it takes a few minutes until they provide coffe and hot milk.
It would be better to start operations at 5am.
Anyway, everything was great.
- It seems to be more like a business hotel than a family one.
I arrived with my wife and my little daughter at night, but the bed configuration was strange: three single beds instead of a queen + single.
- There’s no kids channel on TV or language configuration option on the two or three movie channels available.
- There’s no enough information on the hotel website or at the airport about the shuttle.
A 15 minutes shuttle should be better too.

Families - 08/01/2018 Fantastic check-in and personal was very accommodating, in particular employee Daniela should be used as example of fantastic customer service when she showed extreme empathy when we returned to the hotel after 4 hours at the airport due to airline canceling our flight to Australia, I was staying with my wife and newborn son who were very stressed and she went above and beyond to make feel welcome again.
I turned down Latam’s Offer to stay at the Bristol and would do it again just to experience customer service like hers again.
On the other hand our room service order was very disappointing, my main dish was not delivered until 1 hour after my wife’s.
