Hotel shouldn't have 2 groups if they can not assure a proper infrastructure.
The same with the lines in the restaurant.
Also, the roof in my room collapsed and almost hit the other colleague that was sharing the room with me.
It was 3:30 AM, we were scared and had to move to another room.
It could have injured seriously both of us.

Business - 14/03/2018 « Director Services Operations Communication » I was there as host and responsible for a big event for several days for SCANIA and I felt that the personnel in the reception had absolutely no feeling of being service minded at all.
I also lacked the communication in between your departments.
I had a very severe accident in my room (Room 3228) on the last day, when one of the glass doors in the bathroom fell down on me and gave me several injuries.
I got some medical help from a woman who looked like a soldier, and a man who cleaned it up.
And then a supervisor came to ask how I was, Ingrid was her name.
I was in total shock, but okay for the moment.
And when checking out that same evening they didn't even know about the accident in the reception!! This is totally unacceptable and I really want you at the Sofitel Jequitimar contacts me with a proposal of reimbursement or whatever you find suitable.
I just want to add that SCANIA has reserved so many rooms and events in the coming year, so you should consider treating us a bit better, or we might need to find another place.
I will send you some pictures of the broken glass so you can see the proportion of the incident.

Families - 14/03/2018 « Excellent weekend time » The hotel covers great relaxing options, like beach and pool.
Services at beach make you feel more comfortable.
Hotel is nice and clean, with good bar and buffet.
Room is also great, good space.
The hotel is in needed for refurbishing.
My first room had a issue with shower, it was linking water through all over bathroom.
Second room was just fine.
