AccorHotels certified review Robinson D. O. Business - 02/03/2018 « Old Room and no TV on the bedroom. » The room that hotel gave to me is very old, the smell was not good. When I called to the front desk to say that I'd like to change the room, they sad to me that the hotel was full. I could believe that a Hotel in one of the important business places more expensive in Sao Paulo has a hotel with very old room and not comfortable. Also the front Desk told me that I received an upgrade (note: I didn't asked for upgrade in the check In). where the room has two bedrooms with two beds, two bathroom. So, I traveled alone for business. The only thing that I'd like to have is a room with a bed where my bedroom has a TV and also and more important a office table with comfortable chair.The room that hotel gave to me has dinner table with uncomfortable chairs that I was not able to sit more than two hours working in the hotel.Sorry to say all of this, but I already used the Adagio Berrini Hotel in São Paulo before and I didn't had any problema with the room, but this time, make think to decide to never go back to book the hotel. The bathroom stunk the entire apartment. Rooms were unclean. No guest allowed in the swimming pool. Had to pay for parking. Business - 06/11/2017 « Can be better » I stayed 35 days and i received my accor club points only 21 days, not aure what an IT product you purchased which never works. The breakfast could have been better as its multicultural destination. When a customer stays with you for more than a month and pays you 2k Teals every moth its worth giving a free parking space worth 40-50 Reals every week. Dont you think so? I was staying on 21st floor so the construction was new and very good. facilities and amenities were also good. Kitchen was well equipped and nicely designed. Each floor should have a place to left the garbage, to be removed by the staff of Adagio later.
