The staff was friendly and helpful, but we arrived early and had to wait almost 2 hours due to the check-in time, we waited in the lobby and no one came to tell us when the room was ready, as promised.
Breakfast menu was very good but with no vegetal milk option in display or to order, and that’s a big low for a hotel such this one.
Additionally the sandwiches my colleagues had while waiting for the room where charged in my room, without my signature or knowledge, but when notified the staff immediately correct this mistake.
