It is my 3th time I think in this hotel, and it always the some: service is impersonal and cold.
Not bad, but .
and one of the least pleasant Accor hotel experiences I've ever had.

Why not reprogramming the lifts so that always one is in the right intermediate Level to continue the travel throught the Hotel? Business - 22/01/2018 « Accessible and clean » I always stay at the Caesar Business when traveling to Sao Paulo as this is a convenient hotel, clean, near restaurants and the train station.
Personnel is very good and does not rotate that much, so you also have a familiar experience.
Breakfast could use some smoked salmon; however there is a variety of sweets, cheese and cold cuts.
You can also have eggs prepared.
Fruit is very fresh.
This time the Caesar Business was being renovated; therefore I had breakfast at the Pullman, next side.
Same food, in a little fancier environment.

 » Had problems with double charged laundry and missing items.
They were eventually taken care of, but they persisted far too long and should not have happened.
Front desk staff (David and Caesar) were very helpful and polite.
However the laundry process for billing and handling items needs to be reviewed.
Cleaners would not regularly refill toilet paper and toiletries.
Would have to ask front desk to refill.
I expected a much better experience given Accor's brand reputation and experiences with the brand in Europe.
