Families - 21/12/2017 The hotel location is very good but the room service and the wardrobe in the room wasn't good.
The room service brought the wrong food and in wardrobe was smelling bad.

 » Around a week long stay, with much work during the day so not capable to enjoy much of your facilities.
MAybe because I'm your client for more than 2 decades, staying at your hotel many times each year, I know most of the personnell at front desk, concierge etc, they know me by name so they make me feel special, they treatme extremely well and make me feel at home.
ONE CRITICISM, THOUGH.
CLEANING THE ROOM SHOULD BE IMPROVED.
MY ROOM FLOOR WAS DURING MY WHOLE STAY WITH DUST, AS IF IT HAD NOT BEEN VACUUM NOR CLEANED.
AFTER WALKING BAREFOOT IN THE BEDROOM I COULD SEE MY FEET GETTING DARK WITH DUST.
BEING THE FLOOR MADE OF WOOD, IT COULD BE EASILY CLEANEED WITH A HUMID MOP.
BUT IT WAS NOT DONE.

mwe were even upgraded to an ocean view room this time.
But the faucet at our apartment was somewhat strange, and closed to the side instead of down.
Clearly it was supposed to have been changed years ago, but the culture of leaving it there until it broke completely was present.
At the time we were leaving the apartment, I couldn’t manage to close it, and water ran freely.
We had to call for help, and until the engineer arrived 15 min later, I was at the awkward position of taking water out of the sink with a cup at a 5-star hotel.
At the time of checkout, when we reported what happened, the gentleman at the front desk did not seem to care much.
Waiting for the car to arrive from the parking lot (which we had called to ask for 15 min earlier) took another 15 min when we got to the ground floor - unnacceptable, especially when you are charging 63 reais for the car park.
We were disappointed.

Poor quality/overpriced products or good quality/REALLY overpriced products offered.
Hotel lacking proper maintenance, presenting stained walls and damaged sinks in the bathrooms just to name a few issues.
Overall, it was not worth the money.

The breakfast was also a bit limited and poor quality.

We stay here again! » We enjoyed our 3 nights at the hotel.
The location is great and we walked to many restaurants.
The concierge whose name i forget was FANTASTIC! He was so helpful and offered us great places to go that we never would have known about otherwise.
