AccorHotels certified review Bruno Couples - 06/11/2017 « Really bad, once had a huge lack of respect! » The hotel is quite amazing, I mean in terms of facilities e quality of the rooms. However, I had a problem in Campo grande, MS, Ibis Budget, once I had request videos related to the security system. I had a problem with some guest the cut off the line, and at any moment the assistant said that I arrive first. At the moment it had only one assistant/clerk, so I demanded to check the video, because the other guest just arrived said really bad names to me, showed the middle finger, really terrible act. I have never faced such act at any hotel. I already sent 2 emails requesting the videos, as well I want the name of that guest to find my rights. At the moment I felt totally neglected by the assistant seeing the situation, since they did not want to talk to me. I really would like the videos recorded.
