Business - 30/11/2017 « Improve reception/ staffs service for customer care » I had booked online but during check-in at front desk it took forever to find a room for me and then I was given access to room which was already booked but I did not know that so when I tried to access the room someone was sleep in the room reserved for me!! How is that possible the front desk staff did not check the room was already occupied?! This is so unprofessional and bad service especially dangerous if it was a woman! Later I had to come down with my luggage and explain the situation but took forever to find the unoccupied room for me and finally got one but then the front desk staff forgot to enable WiFi access for my room that delayed another hour so basically a very bad customer check-in service!!! I checked in a 3pm, no internet.
I complained, they said it would be restored in a couple of hours.
Long story short, it didn't come back until 4am next day!Well, that was the least of our problems.
Rooms next to ours had a party, couldn't get any sleep until they shut down at 2:30am!!!!! If you need to work next day, having a good rest at this location is a NO NO! Gave me certain of what was happening and I felt I could really trust.
He knew a lot of the tourist points and helped us to make a map to visit the closest things.

 » They have a good service, except for the fact that they do not have information about the city.
First day the heater inside our room was broken and they just fixed it on the next day.
We need to say that the chambermaids were awesome, very respectifull and carismatic.

Breakfast could be better, they don't offer eggs which is 80% of a breakfast for me.
The staff only speak Portuguese and few of them barely a few English phases.

Business - 31/07/2017 « Worst stay in my life » Ibis Budget curitiba does not covers its propose at all, consolidating a good price with service.
Rooms: Bathroom is the smallest that i've seen, the door does not close when you are using the toilet, the door hit your knees.
Bed: The bed is noisy you are not able to turn without listening the springs cranking walls: the walls is done as "drywall" you can listen everything from the other people in other rooms, and the bathroom as well causing a serious inconvenience either in room or in the bathroom Internet: the internet is the worst that i've seen, you can't be connected for more than 10 minutes without being disconected, and the speed was so slow that you can download emails.
Price: the price is not the best in the region, my hope is once "ibis" is a solid company, my expectation is to pay more but have a good service, which didn't happen in any scenario.
Across the street has a hotel called Nacional Inn, with a HUGE room (3 times bigger than Ibis) with minifrigdje, a coach, table, air conditioning, hair dryer, pool, gym.
Attendance: I was attended by a guy his name was Martinho, cleary not from Brazil and barelly spoke portuguese, and the worst part is that his attendance was the less lazy and worst from other attendands To be very honest, i dont know why I'm giving this feedback because never in my live i'll use this "hotel" again also I'll tell everyone that i know how bad is the acomodations, the service from Ibis Budget curitiba and will recomend other hotels as well.

com.
Under hotel conditions, there was a pets allowed statement.
Under special requeriments, I told we are traveling with two medium size dogs.
When we arrived at the hotel, the lady at the desk told us that the hotel policy was one small dog per room.
After a long conversation, the magener was nice enough to let us stay.
The hotel is good, although the room was a bit small and the bathroom even more.
It was clean, with a covered parking area, very well located, and the staff was really friendly.
