Solo - 18/08/2019 Confirmed reviews ALL 10/08/2019It was a good stay! The food was excellent and the staff superb! There was a staff member who was particularly helpful, accommodating and shared his knowledge about Feira de Santana with me.
Unfortunately I did not get her name but it appeared she assisted the front desk.
The number one ?? I’m in love of Ibis Hotels because you guys welcomed me and my little Polly .

Had the experience of opening the door and finding people on the bed.
Secondly, there's no room service, which is quite frustrating in a hotel with so many floors.
The rooms are fairly but not specially comfortable.
The reception was fine, although the bar didn't quite know how to fix drinks.
In summary, too many downsides for a chain of hotels which has been my choice in different countries with slightly better results.
