Solo - 14/11/2017 « Vanessa is awesome! » I think the cleanliness in the room can improve.
The lobby was nice looking but the upper floors looked kind of old to me.
Vanessa, a girl in the front desk, was really great.
She provides excellent customer service and she went the extra mile trying to help with my requests and questions.

The breakfast is poor day by day.
For the same price, it is possible to stay in a better hotel that includes the breakfast.
