AccorHotels certified review Anonymous Business - 26/08/2016 My stay at Íbis Montenegro was cool, however I see some opportunities for improvement, such as:- My room was Always clean and smelling good, however, my bad was a bit noisy (I think it´s a simple verification and a small maintenance issue);- I´d recommend to serve brakefast earlier in the morning, like 6:00 (Normally people who stay there need to good for places far from the downtown city and an early brakefast would help on that);- Automatically input points for Le Club members (without the need to ask for); AccorHotels certified review Anonymous Business - 26/06/2016 The hotel was clean and comfortable, my room and bed sheets were very clean and this was done every day including weekends.
The staff were very informative about the local restaurants etc and even informed us of local free taxi's which are not on ANY guides or internet etc.
The staff got to know me and my habits very well for example when I get back from working in the factory all day I like a beer and they did this without me even asking sometimes, brilliant!That was the good points but now for the not so good:The menu was how can I say not very good and most of which was microwaved to heat up.
It really could do with a nice Chef,menu and Kitchen etc.

I don't like not having a remote control for the air-conditioner.
I don't like the set up of the shower, in the center of the ceiling.
I don't like the pillows, they are all too thin.
The breakfast was overall good, however the scrambled eggs were too salty on both days I was there.
