AccorHotels certified review Steve Solo - 19/11/2017 « Great location and comfortable room at an affordable rate » Unfortunately, checkin was slow -- there were several people in front of me and there were two checkin lines, and I picked the slower line, so people who arrived after me actually checked in before me.
There should just be one line.
Then I got to my room andto my dismay there was urine in the toilet and there was no soap and shampoo -- someone had used the bathroom after it had been cleaned apparently.
Housekeeping brought more soap, but I flushed the toilet myself.
After this I had no more problems.
The hotel is perfectly situated at the end of Paulista Avenue, within easy walking distance to two subway stations, lots of restaurants and shops.
The airport bus drops off and picks up at the front door too! There is a restaurant on the premises as well as internet computer stations.
Wifi was decent in my room and free of charge.

Families - 14/11/2017 « Computer » Hello, Me and my husband usually choose ibis hotel for our stay at any country as we can grant a comfortable and safe stay.
But unfortunatly in my last stay at ibis paulista ended up with negative feedback for i forgot my mobile charger at my room then I made a phone call to check if it is available where the operator confirmed that it is available and i can take it at anytime.
Then after I visit ibis hotel to take my charger they informed me that there is nothing for me and they will check next day with storage keeper and call me back.
This is my second day waiting for a call or email !!! Noting that I informed the people there that I am leaving the country in few days.

TripAdvisor review Business - 14/11/2017 « Lower standard than other Ibis » Top location in Sao Paulo at the Paulista Avenue near 2 metro stations, and a very good breakfast, but I was disappointed at this Ibis for a hole in the bedsheet and a very cheap soap instead of a liquid dispenser in the bathroom.
