Corridors were quite dirty and no internet in the rooms. Spoke to staff about wifi signal however nothing was done. Fairly good hotel but in need of some tweaks. The front desk even let me choose the floor I wanted to stay at, because I was new to the city and wanted a view of the river São Francisco. The staff was always happy to help, and gave me directions on how to get around to get to know the city on foot. The breakfast was delicious, having healthy options like curds, yogurts and cereal, which I loved! The kitchen staff was terrific, very enthusiastic, even at night when I was tired and just looking for any idea of what to eat, they were very kind in recommending me something that was going to make me feel good. However, one of the fruits in the breakfast - the mellon - was rotten. This is surprising, considering Ibis' usual quality, even more so considering theat mellon is a traditional product of the city the hotel is in.
