I go to the hotel every 15 days and every single time i am well supported by them, in the morning when i arrive and during the stay.
The only complaint i have is that the room cleaning wasn't so good this time, but i'm sure they will improve.
I will spend the new year here and i am sure its going to be a great vacation.

At times you couldn't get to elevator and when your trying to have a relaxing evening when there's hundred's of people in lobby.
The elevator takes forever and sometimes only one in use.
A few times the café and bar is closed with no obvious reasoning.
Mecure is suppose to accommodate guests but seem too involved with other activities.

Last time I stayed at this hotel there were only two old ones.

During my whole stay of four days, one out of thetwo elevators has been ALWAYS OUT OF ORDER.
Your breakfast is far TOO expensiv.

The accommodation was comfortable and everything was working fine.
I had a little problem with my wife's dinner with something that wasn't supposed to be there, but it was solved.
I had an expectation of using the pool and the jacuzzi after breakfast as I confimed by phone, but I was told that it's functioning was only after 1 pm, right after my check out.

The attention from the Hotel was great.
I think some of the Electrical Outlets need to be checked to make sure they work - especially the one next to desk that has the Universal Adaptor .
