The checkout has been so painful, a long line with just two front desk agents - it took like 30-40 mins to be attended.

AccorHotels certified review Anonymous Couples - 21/10/2017 « Very nice stay » We have stayed at this hotel several times and we would come back certainly.
We have much appreciated the swimming pool and lunch at the restaurant (the staff was very kind and professional).
Just two negative experiences:1) a bit bothersome experience during the checkout: an additional parking rate was charged, whet n we noticed it was immediately reverted but it took some minutes.
Then we had to wait for another 15 minutes or maybe more for the valet parking to bring our car back (the parking access road was temporarily blocked for maintenance exactly at the check-in/check-out time.
Blocking signals could have been removed earlier if planned correctly).
2) noise from ongoing works in the upper floor.

Also, the face basin appeared to be clogged.
The water took a long time to drain.

Very attentive, friendly and always there for whatever we need.
Specially the restaurant staff.
They are very friendly and what surprises me most is the fact that they recall my specific needs from the previous visit.
Very professional.
The only problem I continue to see is the bad wifi.
Connection drops sometimes and the signal strength is not good inside the room.

I got a room upgrade because the hotel was full.
The bed is comfortable and room was cleaned.
The bathroom presented water leak after take shower, but it was not a big problem for just one day.
