Business - 26/02/2018 « Something to improve » when i travel to brazil in almost the cases my wife come with me, but she is brazilian and she always arrives later (another day) than me by convenience/price of flight tickets.
When she arrives at hotel at checking moment she always feel that the front desk guys treat her as "scort girl" even i let the hotel aware about she ( my wife) is coming.
i already gave my feedback to the people there but always it happens, so, now my wife does not want to stay in Pullman anymore .

Other attendant woke me up at 2am with a call to confirm a wine that I didn't ask for.

Regarding your comment about the early check in, the procedure is to charge half of daily rate after 9 am.
When we have availability, in some situations, we don't charge after 12 PM, since the check in time is 3 PM.
Anyway, the manager will analyze opportunities of improvement.
In respect to some mentioned items in the room, the Housekeeper is reinforcing the inspections with the team, to avoid this situations.
