There was a leak coming from the toilet ceiling that I noticed when I entered the room for the first time. Since there is no intercom, I had to go back to the reception to report the issue. The attendant was very nice and immediately called the maintenance. The guy arrived 2 minutes later and said he fixed the drip. I left the hotel returning late at night. For my surprise the ceiling was still leaking and by that time I was too tired to complain again, though I was pissed off. All I wanted was to take a shower and sleep. So I did it. But where was the shampoo? No, they don't offer shampoo nor conditioner. Simple as that. First time ever I saw such a meanness hotel service. And I also want to say that the towels are the worst I've ever seen and the air conditioning is actually a fan, since there is only a on/off switch and you cannot control the room temperature.
