The rooms are cozy, the atmosphere is great, the staff is extremely nice and helpful.

Spacious rooms with good bed all business comfort and good wifi in rooms (wifi in restaurant however very weak signal).
Excellent breakfast, good price quality, but the best is the very personal and friendly service of all staff (except restaurant, where they lack some attention).

The water in the shower had also the same smell, turning the action of having shower into an unpleasant moment.
The region is very noisy during the entire night, and the room insulation is not good.
Trying to sleep with ambulances running all night long is a very hard task.

The staff is very friendly and humane.
Cicero, Fernando, Eduardo--they are the A-team front desk, always ready to make the stay very pleasant.
The restaurant crew also are very good, making it sure guests are well served.
The cleaning crew do what they can, but perhaps twice a year rooms need to have a detailed cleaning of the bathroom with professional cleaning to remove mildew and sofa covers should be dry cleaned.
This is something for management to consider as it has a direct impact on guests' health.

Arrive I was notified that we got a room upgrade to a bigger one witch was awesome.
The only problem were 2 thing: 1- on Bathroom the toilet cover was broken and the cover did not stay opened.
2- The shower door are too close to the floor wen we open it, my wife and I when we opened the door got inured in the toe by the door.

Business - 08/06/2017 « hotel is ok, however your pricing policy is not honest » I am not happy with your room charges.
My Sao Paulo manager booked the hotel for BR 253 including breakfast and when I arrived you charged me BR 280.
I do not know why.
You should have more consistency.
I am coming to Sao Paulo every 5 weeks and if you always change your rate, I will not come back.

Business - 15/05/2017 « A week in Sao Paulo » I have stayed at this property several times in the past.
Actually every trip I make to Brazil, I stay here.
When I went to the website to make a reservation, I was surprised to not see an option to make a reservation for a room+breakfast.
I emailed the hotel directly, using the email address listed on the website, to ask for a quote for a room+breakfast package.
No reply.
After waiting 10 days, I emailed again.
No reply.
Waited for several days and emailed one more time.
No reply.
Frustrated at the lack of response, I had no choice than to make a reservation through Expedia.
Not sure why my multiple emails were not answered.
It left a very bad impression.
Of course, I know that the front desk staff, housekeeping staff, restaurant staff are all top notch, from past experience.
It would seem as if the reservation staff, or the process in which to check email inquiries is broken.
Disappointed entirely with this experience.

Comfortable bed, good climate control.
I wish there was more equipment in the fitness center, like a rowing machine.
Lighting was very good, often a problem in hotels.
