AccorHotels certified review Dan Business - 08/12/2017 « Nice stay » On day one I blew the fuses on all the outlets in my room messing around with my USA power adapter plug incorrectly.
It was corrected by the time I got back from work and I was not hassled about breaking the room.
Very impressed with the English skills of the whole staff made - it was very easy even though I don't speak a word of Portuguese.
Only complaint is that after I started using the quilt my sheet vanished and was not replaced.
Not a big deal.

 » I had a good experience once again, it was the 4-5 time I stay with Ibis this year.
I just have a few comments regarding two subjects that really bothers me.
:- On my last stay, for tree times in the same week the spon I took for breakfast was dirty, it looks like it wasn't properly washed.
So I had to eat my cereal with a fork.
- I have already said this on previous reviews, but I'll said again, the juice offered on this hotel is horrible.
Seriously, I've tried the orange and the watermelon juice, I couldn't drink more than a sip of both.
Why can't we have a natural orange juice? It looks like they mix natural with proceed juice, it is does not taste good.

Solo - 02/07/2017 « Good service, with comfort and a fair rate in a good location » The staff was so kind , the room had adequate size, the restaurant inside was helpful and the location was excellent, near UFRJ.

Families - 18/06/2017 « Bad support from staff » That is the second time in this IBIS, and on.
Oath there were sono sort of issue, this time there was no cleaning done on the room even after the roomStay empty the whole day, I had to request the clean to be done.
And the last time on the same place, they refused to give me extra pillows.
