The temperature on this day reached 34 Degrees Celcius, so at night to sleep was unbearable.
We don't know why The hotel did not work; They should have offered alternative hotels.
Incomprehensible have no choice.

Whoever booked my room over the phone never told me about that.
They definitely should since charging for that ain't common in Brazil.
And to make matters worse, I discovered there was another Ibis in Porto Alegre with a 28% cheaper rate for the room and FREE parking.
BTW the company responsible for the parking at my hotel also had another parking lot across the street, for which they charged less money for parking.
How come is that allowed? About the room.
It had an awful pink paint.
The wifi wasn't that good.
The service and the people were nice.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing considering I was charged for that as well.

The hotel is very well located, next to Salgado Filho's internacional airport and nearby vehicle rental companies, what sometimes is very useful.
The employees are attentive and polite.

The staff was very polite and everything went smooth.
The transfer to the airport was very usefull since it was cheaper than a taxi.

The room i stayed was just in front the lift, so i didn't like much because of the movement of people.
The window could not guarantee a silent stay because i could hear the airplanes.
