The reception gave me a voucher for the transfer that never arrived.

Business - 27/01/2018 « ok » Stay was as expected except for the fact that there was no one to attend me at check out at 04:30 am, so I left without checking out.

The restaurant is great and good value for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The rooms are comfortable and cool.
Stayed here many times before and will certainly comeback.

So we did the reservation in the last minute in the site booking.
com, and everything was easy and quick, as usual.
It is super easy to access the hotel from the airport, we took no longer than 5 minutes walking, but the hotel offers transfer as well.
We had to wait a little to do the check-in, because there was a long line and few attendants, but thats ok, and the lady was super gentle.
The room had a good shower, bed, and ac unit, exactly what we needed for that night.
I have only two suggestions, both related to the food service.
First, it would be great if the restaurant was open until midnight (it closes 10:30pm).
Second, a free (could be simple) breakfast would be great! But overall, was a good experience.

Families - 01/01/2018 « Good option next to Congonhas! » The hotel is big.
reception is a bit slow, but I guess it is the requirements of the hotel.
Rooms are surprisingly spacious and restroom is quite good.
Great shower.
Definitely a place that I will be back.

Business - 18/12/2017 « Not so bad for just 1 night » It is practical, because it is so close to the airport and the shuttle service is handy.
But the room is not very comfortable or beautiful.
There was a bad odor in the bathroom and towels are pretty old.
It is a sort of spartan experience.
