Families - 21/03/2018 « Pleasant stay with excellent service » Overall we enjoyed our stay at Mercure.
Your hotel is positioned in a good area and convenient access to shopping, restaurants and facilities.
The overall service from the staff was the best I have experienced in Brazil in my three visits to the country.
Henrique at check in was efficient and accommodating as we travelled with a baby and associated luggage.
The concierge, cleaning staff and bar staff were all excellent.
The two opportunities for improvement are with the bath room and especially an upgrade of the shower heads and update iron and ironing boards.
I would like to thank the staff at Mercure for making our stay a positive one and would recommend to stay at the hotel.
