 » My room was nice and comfortable, unfortunately it was facing the highway and that made it noisy.
The breakfast buffet was exactly the same every single day with very little to chose from, that was the worst part of my stay.

Business - 15/11/2017 « Not as expected » When I arrived at the room I felt a bad sewer smell.
Bed headlight was blinking and then after a few minutes all headlights and ceiling lights went off (my card was correctly inserted).
Breakfast is pretty fair but I missed more drink options, specially a good black coffee.

However for the following reason I would not put more than an 8:- the day I arrived there was no towels because they said they had a problem with their laundry and I had to wait the day after to get a towel and be able to shower.
If the rest of my stay had not been perfect I would never recommend the hotel.
I think the problem was not well managed by the staff- One day, the whole staff was late so the morning breakfast was late.
No huge impact except everything was not ready when I got down to get breakfast- The Gym was closed for refurbishment.

Employees very attentive to your needs, speak English and Spanish pretty well.
The traffic by the end of day in this area of SP is always standstill, so expect for some delay when waiting for a taxi or Uber.
The Subway is not too far if you're able to walk 10-15min.
For the hospitals otherwise, the car is needed as you `climb the hills` to get to them.

a real shame! » at the time of the booking, did explicitly asked for a quiet room (email).
then did call the hotel reception to get confirmation of my request.
At my arrival on Wednesday evening, was assigned to the room 1101 (facing the highway!!!).
the room was not at the appropriate standard: old air conditioned, air extraction extremely noisy, corridor with wall painting falling apart :-(The next morning, asked the reception to move to a quiet room.
On Thursday afternoon, discovered that they did assign to the room 1401 (facing the highway again).
Did have to personally call twice to get a quiet room (facing the street), got assigned to the room 901.
