Business - 01/12/2017 « Good option in Campo Grande » The room and food services were very good.
I was in a room that was at the end of a hall and in the morning it was very noisy.

Business - 10/11/2017 « No Parking Space » The hotel was holding some kind of event during the days of my stay and the visitors were using the guest parking lot.
I was not able to park my car safely at the parking lot, having to leave it on the street behind the hotel.
This was the first time ever I was not able to park my car at the hotel parking lot or any other pointed location.
I had no support from the hotel personnel other than, "you can use the other hotel parking lot" (which was also full)" or "this is a safe area".
It was a very sad situation and could have been better approached by having the visitors using the street and not the guests.

The hotel staff are friendly and always willing to help.
The breakfast is very good and the rooms are spacious and modern.
However, the internet is problematic and for a whole day I was not able to work due to connectivity problems.

Plus a Door Men that hits the door repeatdely while I was in shower.

First: to pay at the check-in.
Second: the breakfast was not included and the receptionist didn't offer me to pay with the room fare.
