we had a 1st floor room abd a lot of noise from the pool parties at night.
no hot water from the wash basin.
free shuttle service was unreliable.

Couples - 12/12/2017 « No hot water, confused attendants » Not good at all.
The room didn't have hot water on the first day, it took more than 24h to fix it.
Attendants were not much help, they didn't seem to talk to each other.

Business - 02/12/2017 « A little bit dissapointed » This hotel doesn't have access to local restaurants so to have a good service at the restaurant should be a must.
When you travel for business time is gold and it's important to have access to quick service.
Tuesday night the hotel had a celebration with a cocktail; I went to the restaurant to ask for a Burger with fries and the first answer was "sorry but it will take more than one hour because of the event" I order the burger and ask for a manager who explained to me that they have 2 teams and they should be able to give me a quick service, he solved the problem and in 5 min.
I had the burger on my table (also, I was not charged for the meal).
The second day I asked for a coke and a sandwich; after a waiting time of 25min in my watch (14 min on the waiter watch), I decided to cancel the order because it was too much; unfortunately, the manager was not the same with a different attitude trying to justify their fault.
This is something you should improve ASAP.

Business - 02/12/2017 « A very convenient relationship between price and service » I stay at this hotel 3 or 4 nights almost every month.
Everybody is very service oriented.
Breakfast is complete.
