The shop in question would often go overlooked in recent times due to its prices.
Yesterday however we started with Best Menswear in Swords.
The idea was to look for comparison sake only.
However, the customer service we received from Dylan was incredible.
For a young man he had amazing skills of identifying what would suit my husband.
How it should sit and what tailoring adjustments should be made.
Not only was he spot on with his recommendations, but also the adjustments made by the tailoring team were 100%.
I definitely would rate the service provided by Dylan in ‘Best’ Swords as the best customer service we have received in a clothing store, and Dylan should be commended for this.

The most friendly member of staff approached us and helped him to find the perfect suit.
She went out of her way above and beyond to help us by getting shoes to fit and a shirt, tie and belt.

My groomsman, my best man and myself received top quality attention and service some weeks ago where we purchased our wedding suits.
We visited many suit shops that Saturday and returned to Best Menswear in Santry as their attention to detail was second to none.
We purchased three, three piece suits that day and felt amazing on my big day.

For some time I’ve been looking for a long jacket and a lovely gentlemen called Kervin approached me.
Kervin and I started talking and he understood what I was looking for and came up with a few options.
Throughout our interaction he was pleasant and was very helpful as he talked me through each style of coat.
Kervin was very knowledgeable and I felt I was in good hands.
After having a good think I still wasn’t 100% sure if I wanted to commit and Kervin picked up on that and offered to do a full refund so that I could take the coat home and get a second opinion.
The coat was an expensive item so I was very appreciative when Kevin offered to facilitate that for me.
I felt he went beyond good customer service and gave me excellent customer service.
Kervin was very pleasant at all times, totally knowledgeable and the customer service I received was brilliant.

Finding suits in Ireland when you’re king size like me is no easy task at the best of times – but one phone call to Best Menswear with my details and they did the searching, 10 minutes later they called me back with what I needed and the location that they had it at – they even organised a tailor to do an alteration immediately – unbelievable service and attention firstly from John on the phone and then from Cliodhna at Liffey Valley, thank you.
