Business - 30/11/2017 « Improve reception/ staffs service for customer care » I had booked online but during check-in at front desk it took forever to find a room for me and then I was given access to room which was already booked but I did not know that so when I tried to access the room someone was sleep in the room reserved for me!! How is that possible the front desk staff did not check the room was already occupied?! This is so unprofessional and bad service especially dangerous if it was a woman! Later I had to come down with my luggage and explain the situation but took forever to find the unoccupied room for me and finally got one but then the front desk staff forgot to enable WiFi access for my room that delayed another hour so basically a very bad customer check-in service!!! Please work to improve it and maybe can put self check-in service like USA! TripAdvisor review Business - 27/11/2017 « Where's the WIFI? » If you depend on WIFI/Internet connection, forget about it. I checked in a 3pm, no internet. I complained, they said it would be restored in a couple of hours. Long story short, it didn't come back until 4am next day!Well, that was the least of our problems. Business - 31/07/2017 « Worst stay in my life » Ibis Budget curitiba does not covers its propose at all, consolidating a good price with service. Rooms: Bathroom is the smallest that i've seen, the door does not close when you are using the toilet, the door hit your knees. Bed: The bed is noisy you are not able to turn without listening the springs cranking walls: the walls is done as "drywall" you can listen everything from the other people in other rooms, and the bathroom as well causing a serious inconvenience either in room or in the bathroom Internet: the internet is the worst that i've seen, you can't be connected for more than 10 minutes without being disconected, and the speed was so slow that you can download emails. Price: the price is not the best in the region, my hope is once "ibis" is a solid company, my expectation is to pay more but have a good service, which didn't happen in any scenario. Across the street has a hotel called Nacional Inn, with a HUGE room (3 times bigger than Ibis) with minifrigdje, a coach, table, air conditioning, hair dryer, pool, gym. Attendance: I was attended by a guy his name was Martinho, cleary not from Brazil and barelly spoke portuguese, and the worst part is that his attendance was the less lazy and worst from other attendands To be very honest, i dont know why I'm giving this feedback because never in my live i'll use this "hotel" again also I'll tell everyone that i know how bad is the acomodations, the service from Ibis Budget curitiba and will recomend other hotels as well. I found two termites in the auxiliary bed in the room we stayed in. So I think it's important to find out. In addition, the breakfast was very tasty with healthy options. At another opportunity, I would return to this hotel with my family. AccorHotels certified review Fernando M. D. TripAdvisor review 217omark Family - 05/03/2015 « Week-end in Curitiba » Nice reception, friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast, excellent location, clean room. Nevertheless, the bathroom was too small, where the board couldn't handle the normal stuff from a couple. Also the matrices could be more comfortable. TripAdvisor review Mauro F Family - 27/01/2015 « Good family travel » I used points of Accor fidelity program. It was simple and easy. The Executive suite room was great. Two nice rooms and family loved. Nice experience.Lower floor is not god option as the noise from street could be high. They need to improve the breakfast. TripAdvisor review Family - 04/12/2014 « Recent Family Stay » We recently stayed at the hotel for a visit to family in Brazil. Coming from the US to visit my partner's family, and making the reservations from internet pictures can be fairly chancy. You always see great pictures but don't really know if you can expect everything you see. In this case, the hotel lived up to and exceeded all expectations. We had an Executive Suite (Room 2004) for an initial 5 nights, then added 3 more nights to our room and rented two more Executive Suites (Rooms 2001 and 2005) as well as a Superior Room (1902) for family members who joined us for a long weekend visit. From the start of our week, through the weekend with our family, the staff and service could not have been more accommodating. Everyone at the desk was very friendly, helpful, and polite. They made suggestions for places to eat, nearby gyms, a laundry service, and any of our multitude of other day to day searches and needs. All our questions were answered in detail, with offers for further clarification if needed. My limited Portuguese was not a problem as everyone spoke English and went out of their way to ensure that I understood. When my partner spoke to them in Portuguese and had to take time to translate for me, they patiently waited and accommodated all of my follow up questions. and there were many. We were paying for and organizing the stay for our entire family and there were many details for breakfasts, dinners, luggage, check-in process, etc that needed attention. In situations where we were presented with conflicting or confusing information, the hotel staff and manager quickly addressed the concerns, allowing for adjustments in our favor in any misunderstandings that took place. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and offered all the amenities we could ask for and need for our family. On days when family members who lived nearby visited with us at the hotel, they were just as graciously treated and accommodated. The location was perfect for sightseeing, near busses and easy walking to access anywhere else in the city we wanted to go.I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a very comfortable, modern, easily accessible and located hotel for a stay in Curitiba, and we look forward to the next stay we can arrange in the area with our family, and definitely at this hotel. TripAdvisor review Prisci2la Business - 21/10/2014 « Good experience » The hotel has a standard, which is common in this brand (Accor), and doesn't cause any surprise and/or inconvenience. A entrada é gratuita. A rua conta, ainda, com o famoso Bondinho da XV e o Palácio Avenida, palco das apresentações de uma das festas de Natal mais famosas do país! promoções solicite orçamento Utilize o formulário abaixo: Selecione o tipo de orçamento Selecione o tipo de orçamento Pessoa Física Grupo Evento Hotel Sem Hotel Definido Hotel Castelo Nacional Inn Campos do Jordão Hotel Dan Inn Anhanguera Hotel Dan Inn Araraquara Hotel Dan Inn Barretos Dan Inn Express Ribeirão Preto Hotel Dan Inn Cambuí Campinas Hotel Dan Inn Curitiba Hotel Dan Inn Express Poços de Caldas Hotel Dan Inn Express Porto Alegre Hotel Dan Inn Foz do Iguaçu Hotel Dan Inn Franca Hotel Dan Inn Higienópolis São Paulo Hotel Dan Inn Mar Recife Hotel Dan Inn Planalto São Paulo Hotel Dan Inn Poços de Caldas Hotel Dan Inn Premium Campos do Jordão Hotel Dan Inn Ribeirão Preto Hotel Dan Inn São José dos Campos Hotel Dan Inn Sorocaba Hotel Dan Inn Uberaba Hotel Golden Park All Inclusive Poços de Caldas Premium Hotel Golden Park Campos do Jordão Hotel Golden Park Curitiba Hotel Golden Park Internacional Foz do Iguaçu Hotel Golden Park Ribeirão Preto Hotel Golden Park Rio de Janeiro Hotel Golden Park Salvador Hotel Golden Park Sorocaba Hotel Golden Park Uberaba Hotel Golden Park Viracopos Hotel Nacional Inn Belo Horizonte Hotel Nacional Inn Campinas Hotel Nacional Inn Campos do Jordão Hotel Nacional Inn Curitiba Hotel Nacional Inn Foz do Iguaçu Hotel Nacional Inn Limeira Hotel Nacional Inn Piracicaba Hotel Nacional Inn Poços de Caldas Hotel Nacional Inn Previdência Araxá Hotel Nacional Inn Recife Hotel Nacional Inn Ribeirão Preto Hotel Nacional Inn Salvador Hotel Nacional Inn São Carlos Hotel Nacional Inn São José dos Campos Hotel Nacional Inn São Paulo Hotel Nacional Inn Sorocaba Hotel Nacional Inn Torres Curitiba Hotel São Paulo Inn Hotel São Paulo Inn Santa Rita do Passa Quatro Hotel Vilage Inn All Inclusive Poços de Caldas Hotel Vilage Inn Ribeirão Preto Parque Temático Walter World Pousada Nacional Inn Campos do Jordão Thermas Resort Walter World All Inclusive Selecione um Hotel Nome Email Telefone Check-In Check-Out Observações Enviar Escolha o Hotel Sem Hotel Definido Hotel Castelo Nacional Inn Campos do Jordão Hotel Dan Inn Anhanguera Hotel Dan Inn Araraquara Hotel Dan Inn Barretos Dan Inn Express Ribeirão Preto Hotel Dan Inn Cambuí Campinas Hotel Dan Inn Curitiba Hotel Dan Inn Express Poços de Caldas Hotel Dan Inn Express Porto Alegre Hotel Dan Inn Foz do Iguaçu Hotel Dan Inn Franca Hotel Dan Inn Higienópolis São Paulo Hotel Dan Inn Mar Recife Hotel Dan Inn Planalto São Paulo Hotel Dan Inn Poços de Caldas Hotel Dan Inn Premium Campos do Jordão Hotel Dan Inn Ribeirão Preto Hotel Dan Inn São José dos Campos Hotel Dan Inn Sorocaba Hotel Dan Inn Uberaba Hotel Golden Park All Inclusive Poços de Caldas Premium Hotel Golden Park Campos do Jordão Hotel Golden Park Curitiba Hotel Golden Park Internacional Foz do Iguaçu Hotel Golden Park Ribeirão Preto Hotel Golden Park Rio de Janeiro Hotel Golden Park Salvador Hotel Golden Park Sorocaba Hotel Golden Park Uberaba Hotel Golden Park Viracopos Hotel Nacional Inn Belo Horizonte Hotel Nacional Inn Campinas Hotel Nacional Inn Campos do Jordão Hotel Nacional Inn Curitiba Hotel Nacional Inn Foz do Iguaçu Hotel Nacional Inn Limeira Hotel Nacional Inn Piracicaba Hotel Nacional Inn Poços de Caldas Hotel Nacional Inn Previdência Araxá Hotel Nacional Inn Recife Hotel Nacional Inn Ribeirão Preto Hotel Nacional Inn Salvador Hotel Nacional Inn São Carlos Hotel Nacional Inn São José dos Campos Hotel Nacional Inn São Paulo Hotel Nacional Inn Sorocaba Hotel Nacional Inn Torres Curitiba Hotel São Paulo Inn Hotel São Paulo Inn Santa Rita do Passa Quatro Hotel Vilage Inn All Inclusive Poços de Caldas Hotel Vilage Inn Ribeirão Preto Parque Temático Walter World Pousada Nacional Inn Campos do Jordão Thermas Resort Walter World All Inclusive This is required. AccorHotels certified review Mariana L. L. Solo - 25/07/2017 « I would definitely come back. » My stay at Ibis Batel in Curitiba was extremely satisfying. The staff was polite and efficient; it's situated in a lovely neighborhood, with many options of restaurants and stores close by. The citys main attractions aren't far away either. However, I believe it would be perfect if the fare included breakfast as well. But, overall, it's definitely the hotel I would choose again when visiting Curitiba. AccorHotels certified review Anonymous Friends - 25/07/2017 « Reasonable breakfast, average room, awfull bathroom » Courteous staff, but room needs improvements and better maintenance ( housekeeping ok)Food on Breakfast bouffet needs faster replentish AccorHotels certified review Andre G. Business - 24/07/2017 « Acceptable but could be better. » The shower and internet connection were bad this time and the fact of having an empty fridge doesn't help too much. The point of matter is that the price is not lower than your competitors. AccorHotels certified review Rich Business - 21/07/2017 « Friendly Staff, Clean Hotel » Very friendly welcome on arrival.
