It always happens when I stay in Mercure hotel and it’s very boring and disappointing.I needed to go to ironing facility to get my clothes ready. An iron in the room would be more comfortable.I usually stay in several Mercure hotels in several cities in Brazil, and the system (register during check in) is not unified/linked. I always need to give the same information. This should be easier for you guys and for the guests. It always happens when I stay in Mercure hotel and it’s very boring and disappointing.I needed to go to ironing facility to get my clothes ready. An iron in the room would be more comfortable.I usually stay in several Mercure hotels in several cities in Brazil, and the system (register during check in) is not unified/linked. However, I went downstairs and the ladies room was next to the kitchen was in poor condition. That's the only thing I have to complain about.
